Sizes and Variations
Getting the right fit is important, so please measure your cat before ordering and check our Size Guide on our product pages. If you’re unsure, send us your cat’s measurements and we’ll be happy to help you choose the best size. 

No measuring tape? A piece of string or shoelace works too — simply measure it against a ruler afterwards.

What if my cat is in between sizes?  Don’t worry! Because our clothes are handmade to order, we may be able to make small adjustments for cats who are a little longer or shorter than average, or are simply between two sizes (we have a pear-bottom Sphynx ourselves too). 
Send us your cat’s measurements before ordering and we’ll help you find the best option.

Are the clothes only for Sphynx cats? Not at all. Our clothes are designed with naked cats in mind, but we also dress Devon Rex, Cornish Rex, Peterbald, Bambino and other breeds. If you’re not sure whether our clothes will suit your cat, send us their measurements and we’ll be happy to help.

Processing Time
Every garment is handmade to order especially for your purr-kid. Our usual making time is approximately 5–7 days, although we’re often able to get orders ready sooner. During particularly busy periods, it may take a little longer. We’ll let you know as soon as your order is on its way.

Special and Custom orders? Absolutely! We know cats come in all shapes and sizes. If your purr-kid needs a different length, an adjustment to one of our designs or something a little different, please get in touch before ordering and we’ll let you know what we can do.

Shipping and Delivery
We offer economy and tracked service on all Domestic orders (within UK), with orders over £45 being eligible for free delivery. 

International Tracked shipment is available and may take up to 10 days depending on the destination, with some orders taking longer during busy periods. 

Customers outside of UK, please note that it is the customers responsibility to pay for any incurred custom fees / taxes on international orders. This is outside of our control, and such will not be our responsibility.

Damages
If the product arrives damaged, please get in touch immediately to have this resolved.
As the fabric is made up of tightly knitted or woven fibers, wear and tear amongst pets, like with humans is normal, and we cannot assume responsibility for damages caused by wear and tear (this includes and is not limited to damages caused by licking, biting, clawing, etc).

Returns
Every garment is handmade to order, and therefore we are unable to accept returns at this time, but we will do our best to resolve the issue.
However, should you have concerns with your orders, or if an incorrect size was sent, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue. 
All returns / exchanges are at our discretion.

Aftercare 
To keep your Sphynx In Clothes garments looking their best, we recommend:

  • Hand wash at no more than 30°C
  • Air dry naturally
  • If ironing is needed, turn the garment inside out and use a low heat
  • For stubborn stains, soak in diluted white vinegar before washing

For your pet’s safety, never leave them unattended while wearing clothing or accessories.
