Sphynx In Clothes began in 2021 with a simple idea — to make comfortable, well-fitting clothes designed especially for the unique shape of naked cats.

What started with handmade T-shirts has grown into a collection of T-shirts, suits and special designs for Sphynx, Devon Rex, Peterbald, Bambino, Cornish Rex and other naked and short-haired cats.

Every garment is individually handmade to order by Lisa using our own patterns, which we’ve developed and refined over the years. This process never stops, as we are always looking at fine tuning the patterns. 

Our clothes aren’t adapted from standard dog clothing. They’re designed with the shape and movement of Sphynx and similar breeds in mind, with comfortable necklines and arm openings and plenty of freedom to stretch, play, zoom around the house — and, of course, sleep somewhere they’re not supposed to.

We do not outsource our production. Each garment is measured, cut and sewn ourselves, we also offer adjustments for purr-kids who are a little longer or shorter than average, or because the owner may wish to have a slightly different length. 

We’re still a small independent business, and that’s exactly how we like it. From choosing new premium fabrics and creating designs to making your order and helping with sizing, there’s a real person behind Sphynx In Clothes.
